For the treatment of mild to moderate pain such as toothache and/or pyrexia. Paraserts/Paracetamol Suppositories may be especially useful in patients unable to take oral forms of paracetamol, e.g. post-operatively or with nausea and vomiting.
Each suppository contains 250mg of paracetamol. For rectal use only.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Always read the leaflet before use.

Recommended dose:
Children aged 6-9years (20-30kg) one suppository
Children aged 10-12years (30-40kg) one to two suppositories
The dosage should be based on the child's age and weight. The dose can be repeated up to four times in 24 hours always leaving 4 hours between each dose. Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting a healthcare professional.
